Research Methods and Agricultural Application of Microbial Antagonism

从定性、定量、机理和应用方面综述了微生物间拮抗作用研究的方法、特点及其农业应用;指出了传统拮抗研究方法所存在的问题,并提出了今后需要改进或加强的研究方向,尤其强调了应用传统方法与现代分子生物学等新技术方法相结合的重要性。

The research methods,characteristics and agriculture application of microbial antagonism were summarized from aspects of characterization,quantification,mechanism and application.Some shortages of traditional methods were pointed out,some aspects which need to be improved in future were put forward,especially emphasized the importance of combining traditional methods with modern molecular biology.
