阿米西达防治黄瓜白粉病的技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究黄瓜白粉病的防治技术。[方法]采用小株喷雾法、叶盘沾药漂浮法、叶盘漂浮法、叶盘沾药法和海绵垫叶盘漂浮法研究了瓜类白粉病菌对阿米西达的敏感性。[结果]测得小株喷雾法、叶盘沾药漂浮法、叶盘漂浮法、叶盘沾药法和海绵垫叶盘漂浮法的EC50分别为0.020 00、0.004 67、0.007 56、0.070 90和0.167 50μg/ml,表明叶盘沾药漂浮法最灵敏,叶盘漂浮法次之。叶盘漂浮法3次重复的EC50分别为0.007 75、0.007 56和0.007 80μg/ml,说明叶盘漂浮法的重复性好。叶盘漂浮法测定结果表明,阿米西达对瓜类白粉病的毒力比腈菌唑更强。25%阿米西达90和120μg/ml对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果显著优于对照药剂17%腈菌唑30μg/ml。[结论]阿米西达作为防治瓜类白粉病的高效药剂,可与腈菌唑等其他药剂交替使用。 [Objective] The purpose was to study the control technique of powdery mildew of cucumber.[Method] The sensitivity of Sphaerotheca fuliginea in melon to Amistar was studied by young plant spraying,fungicide-wetted leaf disc floating,leaf disc floating,leaf disc fungicide-wetting and sponge mat-leaf disc floating methods.[Result] The EC50 of young plant spraying,fungicide-wetted leaf disc floating,leaf disc floating,leaf disc fungicide-wetting and sponge mat-leaf disc floating methods were 0.020 00,0.004 67,0.007 56,0.070 90 and 0.167 50 μg/ml resp.,indicating that fungicide-wetted leaf disc floating method was most sensitive and leaf disc floating method was secondary.The EC50 of 3 repetitions of leaf disc floating method were 0.007 75,0.007 56 and 0.007 80 μg/ml resp.,indicating that the repeatability of leaf disc floating method was best.The determination results of leaf disc floating method showed that the toxicity of Amistar to S.fuliginea in melon was stronger than that of myclobutanil.The control effects of 90 and 120 μg/ml 25% Amistar on powdery mildew of cucumber were significantly superior to that of control fungicide 30 μg/ml 17% myclobutanil.[Conclusion] Amistar could be used as efficient fungicide to control S.fuliginea in melon and it could be used as substitute for other fungicides,such as myclobutanil.
