摘要 [目的]研究猪场猪病毒病的抗体水平及感染情况,为猪病的防制提供理论依据。[方法]抽样采集各类猪只血液和组织样品,分别应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、聚合酶链式反应(PCR)及反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法对猪瘟(CSF)、猪伪狂犬病(PR)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)及猪圆环病毒病(PCV-2)的抗体、病原进行检测分析。[结果]结果表明,猪场存在CSF、PR野毒感染;PRRS免疫抗体水平不太理想,阳性感染率为3.3%~17.3%;PCV-2阳性感染率为0~9.6%。[结论]试验猪场病毒病,应采取完善的综合措施才能获得理想的效果。 [Objective]To investigate the antibody levels of swine viral disease and provide theoretical basis for disease control.[Method]Blood and tissue samples were collected.The antibodies and pathogens of classical swine fever(CSF),pseudorabies(PR),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) and porcine circovirus disease(PCV-2) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) method.[Result]The results show that there were CSF and PR wild virus infections in pig farms;PRRS antibody level was very low,and the positive rate was 3.3%-17.3%;the infection rate of PCV-2 was 0-9.6%.[Conclusion]We should develop a comprehensive prevention and control measures to control diseases.
