摘要
[目的]为泥鳅的人工养殖提供理论数据。[方法]通过室内饲养试验,测定不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)及不同pH值(5、6、7、8、9)下泥鳅的存活率及摄饵量。[结果]随着温度的升高,泥鳅的存活率及摄饵量均表现为先增高后降低的趋势;随着pH值的升高,泥鳅的存活率及摄饵量的变化均也表现为先增高后降低的趋势。[结论]泥鳅生长的最佳温度为26~28℃,最佳pH值为6.6~7.2。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the artificial breeding of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.[Method] Through the indoor feeding experiment,the survival rate and amount of feeding of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus under different temperatures(15,20,25,30 ℃)and pH values(5,6,7,8,9)were measured.[Result] With the increasing of the temperature,the survival rate and amount of feeding of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus showed the trend of first rising and then reducing.With the increasing of pH value,the survival rate and amount of feeding of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus also showed the trend of first rising and then reducing.[Conclusion] For the growth of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,the best temperature was 26-28 ℃ and the best pH value was 6.6-7.2.
