区域尺度生态服务评估方法与应用研究

根据区域生态系统服务研究现状,概括了国内外生态系统服务定量评估方法,即能值分析法、物质量评价和价值量评价法。重点对区域生态价值评估的几种方法,包括市场法、替代市场法、假想市场法进行了比较分析。结合我国目前的生态保护和管理的实际需求,分析了生态系统服务价值评估在我国生态功能区划、生态保护与建设、生态补偿和区域规划环境影响评价方面的应用概况和未来的发展趋势,为生态保护和管理提供有力支持,并指出评估结果更具有说服力和有效性是生态系统服务评估的发展方向。

According to the current studies of regional ecosystem services,the approaches of ecosystem services assessment at home and abroad,for example,Energy Analysis,Material Quality and Value Assessment were summarized.The several approaches of assessment,including market value approach,surrogate market approach and hypothetical market approach were analysed intensively.Combined with our current ecological protection and management of the actual demands,the valuation of ecosystem services of application on ecological function zoning,ecological protection and construction,ecological compensation and regional planning environmental impact assessment and trends of development in the future were analysed.It provided the strong support for ecological protection and management and pointed out the assessment results more convincing and effective of ecosystem services was the development direction..
