立足于我国农业保险发展的政策层面和实务层面,全面分析了我国农业保险发展现状和所处的历史阶段,并从河北省农业保险(小麦保险、奶牛保险)的调查分析入手,就目前农业保险存在的突出问题以及相应解决对策进行深层探析。

Based on the development of agricultural insurance policy level and pragmatic aspect,the present situation and development of agrautural insurance in historical in china was analysed totaly,and from Hebei agriaultural insurance investigation analysis,current agriautural insurance problems and corresponding measures were probed in this article.
