基层农业技术推广行为综合评价指标体系研究

Comprehensive Evaluation Index System for Agro-technical Extension at the Grass-roots Level

有针对性地提出了基层农技推广行为综合评价指标体系应遵循的原则,从基层农技推广机构和农技推广人员2个层面,构建了涵盖农技推广机构的内部管理制度、硬件设施、创新能力、农技推广人员的个人特征、学习能力5个方面内容的指标体系,指标体系构建对提高基层农业技术推广效率,促进我国基层农技推广体系健康、可持续性发展,具有重要意义。

The principles that the comprehensive evaluation index system for agro-technical extension at the grass-roots level should follow were proposed,from the aspects of agro-technical extension organizations and workers,an index system covering the internal management system,hardware facilities and innovation capacity of the agro-technical extension organizations as well as the personal characteristics and learning ability of agro-technical extension workers was constructed,the system had great importance in improving the efficiency of agro-technical extension and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the grass-roots level agro-technical extension in China.
