信息化推进的城乡统筹新农村建设模式

Urban-rural Coordinated New Countryside Construction Mode Promoted by Informatization

农村信息化作为我国社会主义新农村建设的1个重要内容,对缩小城乡差距,实现农村现代化起着重要的推动作用。但我国农村信息化建设存在基础设施薄弱、信息服务体系不健全、信息资源分散等问题,严重制约了信息技术在新农村建设中应发挥的作用。笔者在城乡统筹的背景下,对我国农村信息化建设进行初步探讨,并提出信息化推进的新农村建设模式。

As one important content in the new socialist countryside construction in China,rural informatization plays an important role in narrowing urban-rural gap and realizing rural modernization.But currently our rural informatization construction is suffering from the problems of weak infrastructure,unsound information services,dispersed information resources and so on,which seriously restricts the application of information technology in new countryside construction.Here the rural informatization in China is discussed under the background of coordinated urban and rural development,and then a new countryside construction mode promoted by informatization was proposed.
