摘要
2003年撤地设市以来,崇左市依托自身优势,采取多种措施实施"走出去"战略,在取得喜人的成效的同时,也面临一系列问题。本文对此进行专题研究,认为:就崇左市实施"走出去"战略而言,政策是关键,利益最大化是原动力,服务业是优势。
Since cancellation of Nanning Prefecture and establishment of Chongzuo City in 2003, Chongzuo City took various measures to ＂go out＂ and has reaped satisfactory results though still facing some dedicate prebtems. For ＂going out＂ in Chongzuo City, policy is the key, service industry is the advantage while interest maximization is the motive power.
