Culture is the source of national unity and innovation,and a crucial factor of comprehensive national competence.Integrating and developing the cultural resources has become a powerful impetus for the economic and social development of a country or a region.This paper expounds the significance of integrating cultural resources and the approaches to apply the culture in Jiangchuan catering industry,pointing out that the growth of the industry should be based on the analysis of the local culture and accurate orientation.
