饮食是旅游活动的六大要素之一,了解并享受旅游目的地的饮食也是游客的出游动机之一,本文以湖北饮食文化为例,对导游在讲解地方饮食过程中应采用的方法进行了研究,为导游员提供了一个全面、准确、实用的地方饮食文化的讲解范式。

As one of the six key aspects of tourism,cuisine is one of the motivations for tourism.Taking Hubei cuisine as an example,this paper explores the guiding methods employed to explain local food in order to provide a comprehensive,accurate and practical guiding mode for local culinary culture.
