摘要
本文利用问卷调查和数据统计方法,通过对内江市中学体育教师职业压力现状和因素进行调查研究,分析了其主要存在的问题及原因,提出了缓解体育教师职业压力的可行性建议,对学校体育教育工作进一步提高有着重要意义。
This paper,employing questionnaires and statistics,investigates the working pressure of secondary school PE teachers in Neijiang,analyzes the contributing factors,and then puts forward feasible suggestions to relieve their stress so as to promote the physical education in middle schools.
