摘要
本文报道了应用湿润烧伤膏治疗手指外伤指端（指尖）缺如19例，取得了满意效果。临床实践证明：用该疗法可代替传统的用局部清创后直接缝合的方法，具有消除了指端外伤后局部清创缝合引起的患指缩短及局部包扎换药创面疼痛和创面感染等缺点，医疗费用低，方法简单，患指功能恢复好。
19 cases of severed finger were treated with MEBO. This treatment cari avoidshortening of the finger after suture and pains caused by debriedement and change of dressings.
