摘要
对两年来发生吸入性损伤后窒息的原因加以分析，并总结以下预防及护理措施：掌握吸入性损伤的病理及病理生理变化，正确有效地吸取痰液，合理选择体位，严密观察窒息早期征象，及时建立人工气道，加强其他综合抢救护理措施。
The causes of suffocation of burn patierits with inhalation injury were analyzed. Inorder to prevent suffocatiori, the following nursing measures were adopted: to make clear the patho-logical and patho - physiological chariges happened in inhalation injury, to drairi the sputum effectivelyin a proper way, to keep the patients in a rational posture, to inspect carefully early symptoms andsigns of suffocation, to set up artiflcial gas way timely and to take other necessary nursirig measures.
