摘要
基于钢结构车间机加设备更换速度快、淘汰率极高的现状,通过对机加设备具体的调研分析,建立了机床设备经济性指标模型,较全面合理地概括了设备更换时的主导因素。在充分利用现有软件系统的基础上,将模糊数学中的模糊综合评价方法引入最佳可替代设备的选择中。通过最佳的算法选择出最佳的可替代设备,为及时更换设备提供了科学的依据。
Based on the status of the machining equipment's replacement rate and elimination rate. the paper analyses ttle machining equipment in detail, and also establishes a economic indicators model, which gives eomprehensive and reasonable dominant factors for the machining equipment's replacement. On the basis of existing software systeln, fuzzy math's fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced for selecting the best alternative maching equipment. The best algorithm is used to slect the best equipment. Ant it also provides scientific basis for the replacement of the machining equipment.
