Based on the status of the machining equipment＇s replacement rate and elimination rate. the paper analyses ttle machining equipment in detail, and also establishes a economic indicators model, which gives eomprehensive and reasonable dominant factors for the machining equipment＇s replacement. On the basis of existing software systeln, fuzzy math＇s fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced for selecting the best alternative maching equipment. The best algorithm is used to slect the best equipment. Ant it also provides scientific basis for the replacement of the machining equipment.
