摘要
针对海工吊机副臂架的结构特点,探讨用经济型数控落地镗加工海工吊副臂架的工艺方案,阐述了具体的机加工工艺过程,证明了因条件限制,针对结构复杂,尺寸紧凑,超长、超高、超宽的海工吊臂架用经济型数控落地镗(三轴、固定工作台)同样可加工,同时可保证较高的加工质量和一定的加工效率,大大节约了成本。
Based on the structure features of the sub-boom in marine cranes (super length, width, heights), the paper researches the machining method on the sub-boom of marine cranes by usage of economical CNC floor boring machine in depth. With detail research on the procedure of mechanical working, the paper concludes that economical CNC floor boring machine is fit for machining the sub-boom in restricted conditions though the structure is complicated and tightened with super dimensions. By the mean time the procedure can improve the machining quality and efficiency, which is key important to cost-control.
