摘要
为了研究球笼式等速万向节的动态特性,基于CATIA和ADAMS软件平台,针对一种新型的交叉沟道式等速万向节实例进行多体系统动力学仿真分析。首先基于CATIA软件建立实体模型,利用接口软件SimDesigner将实体模型导入ADAMS软件中;然后采用非线性弹簧阻尼模型建立法向接触力,基于修正的Coulomb摩擦力模型考虑间隙处的摩擦作用;最后对该实例进行仿真计算,验证结构设计的正确性与合理性。
In order to study dynamic characteristics of ball-type constant-velocity joints,the pape," carried out muhibody system dynamics simulation for a new type of cross-groove constant-velocity joints based on CATIA and ADAMS software platform. Firstly, three-dimensional solid models was created based on CATIA and imported into ADAMS with interface software SimDesigner; secondly normal contact force was described by nonlinear spring damping model and the friction effect was taken into account based on the modified Coulomb friction model ; Finally, a simulation was conducted to verify correctness and reasonableness of structural design.
