摘要
为了探讨前庭感觉细胞的神经分布特点及其生理学意义,对10只(16耳)健康豚鼠应用透射电镜观察其前庭感觉上皮区及上皮下区的前庭神经分布情况。发现前庭神经纤维可分为3种类型:①脱髓鞘型:占大多数,分支及侧支较多,终止于Ⅰ型感觉细胞神经杯。②髓鞘型:数量少,分支及侧支少,终止于Ⅰ型感觉细胞神经杯。③小直径型:直径在1μm以下,径路较长。还发现不是起源于神经杯的传入、传出神经纤维,它们可由进入感觉上皮内不久的神经纤维形成,对其生物学意义进行了讨论。根据Ⅰ、Ⅱ感觉细胞神经分布特性的差别,对它们在传递从外界感受到的信息过程中的不同特性及其生理学意义进行了讨论。
In order to explore vestibular sensory epithelium innervation featuresand its physiological significance,vestibular sensory epithelium portion and infraepithelium portion innervation were observed in sixteen ears of ten healthy guinea pigs by theuse of transmission electron microscope. Results showed vestibular nerve fibers can beclassfied into three types: ① Unmyelinated fibers, which constituted the majority, withmore branches and lateral branches,ended at calyces of type I sensory cells ;② Myelinated fibers,constituted the minority,with less branches and lateral branches,ended atcalyces of type I sensory cells ;③ Small-diameter fibers,whose diameter was less than1μm,tracked longer. It also showed that some afferent and efferent fibers originated notfrom nerve calyces but from fibers just enter into sensory epithelium,whose biologicalsignificance were also discussed.
