摘要
结合工程实例,介绍ICE合同的特点及与内地合同制式的区别,从合同前期风险和实施过程中的项目管理角度分析其管理差异,并对其中的问题进行总结。
According to project experience,the paper introduces the characteristics and the differences of ICE contract with the mainland standards,analyzes the management differences from the perspectives of pre-contract risk and project management in construction process,and summarizes it＇s problems.
