超短放射状角膜切开术治疗低、中度近视疗效观察

The evaluation of mini-radial keratotomy for low-moderate myopia

目的评价超短放射状角膜切开术（ｍｉｎｉ－ｒａｄｉａｌｋｅｒａｔｏｔｏｍｙ，Ｍｉｎｉ－ＲＫ）治疗低、中度近视的手术疗效。方法对屈光度－１．２５～－４．００ＤＳ的４７例９１只眼行该手术治疗，术后定期随访观察视力、屈光度变化，将术后６个月检查结果与术前数值比较分析。结果术后裸眼视力均在１．０以上，其中≥１．２者７５眼，占８２．４２％，１．５者４６眼，占５０．５５％。术前屈光度平均－２．７５ＤＳ±０．８６ＤＳ，术后平均－０．５０ＤＳ±０．４６ＤＳ，平均降低了－２．５０ＤＳ。术前角膜屈光力平均为４３．８７ＤＳ，术后为４１．５８ＤＳ，下降了２．２９ＤＳ。术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论Ｍｉｎｉ－ＲＫ治疗低、中度近视眼疗效确切，手术方法及手术环境建立相对简单，术后无常规ＲＫ并发症的风险和困扰，可在严格掌握适应证的前提下，积极慎重的开展。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mini-radial keratotomy(Mini-RK)for low-mediate myopia.Methods 91 eyes of 47 cases with refraction -1.25～-4.00DS were treated with Mini-RK and to observe the changes of postoperative visual acuity and refraction periodically.The preoperative results and results at 6 months postoperativeal were compared and analyzed.Results The postoperative nucorrected visual acuity in all patients were above 1.0,1.2 or better in 82.42%(75 eyes),1.5 in 50.55%(46 eyes ).The mean refraction were-2.75DS～±0.86DS and -0.50±0.46DS pre and postoperatively,respectively,mean decrease was -2.50DS.The corneal refractive power were 43. 87DS and 41.58DS pre and postoperatively,respectively,decrease 2.29DS.No severe complications occurred both intraoperation and postoperation.Conclusion Mini-RK is easy to operate and is efficacy for low-moderate myopia is good.There are no so complications as in routine RK.It can be operated according to adequate indications.
