我国循环经济标准体系构建研究

构建循环经济标准体系是基础性和统领性工作,对于指导循环经济标准制修订工作具有重要意义。本文首先综述了循环经济标准体系构建领域的研究进展和实践情况,基于此提出了循环经济标准体系的构建思路、构建原则依据和结构框图,最后提出当前急需的循环经济基础标准。

Building a standard system of circular economy is a basic and guiding work, which is important for the guidance to amend standards of circular economy. This paper reviews the research progress and practice situations on standard system of circular econo- my. And then, this paper proposes construction thoughts, construction principles basis and structure diagram of standard system of circular economy. Finally, this paper proposes current urgently needed basic standards of circular economy.
