国外生态农业发展的经验及启示

Experience and Enlightenment of Development of Foreign Ecological Agriculture

本文从国外生态农业的兴起及发展现状入手,考察了欧盟、美国、日本等发达国家在生态农业建设方面的经验,然后针对我国目前生态农业发展中存在的问题,如生态意识淡薄、法律制度不健全、财政支持不力、科技实力不强、标准化体系不完整、农业合作经济组织不规范等,一一作了详细分析,在此基础上,提出了相应的完善对策。

From the rise and current situation of the development of the ecological agriculture in foreign countries, the author has investigated the experience on the construction of ecological agriculture in developed countries such as European Union, U. S. A. , Japan, etc. and has made a detailed analysis about the question that our country exists at present in the development of ecological agriculture such as faint ecological consciousness, imperfect legal system, lack financial support, weak technical strength,imperfect standardization system, and unstandard agricultural cooperation economic organization etc. Based on this, the author puts forward the corresponding perfecting countermeasures.
