中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全患者的疗效观察

Observation on curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on chronic renal insufficiency

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全（包括非透析和透析）患者的临床疗效。方法：患者分为非透析治疗组和透析治疗组，并各设对照组。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用中医中药，２ 个月后测定肾功能，并作治疗前后自身对照及与西医常规治疗对照组作比较分析。结果：非透析治疗患者治疗组显效１０ 例，有效７例，无效４ 例，总有效率８１０％ ；对照组显效３ 例，有效７ 例，无效１１ 例，总有效率 ４７６％ ；２ 组显效率（４７６％和１４３％ ）和总有效率比较均有显著性差异（ Ｐ均＜ ００５）；２ 组治疗后尿素氮、肌酐和肌酐清除率较治疗前均有改善（ Ｐ＜ ００５ 或 Ｐ＜ ００１），而治疗组改善明显高于对照组（ Ｐ 均＜ ００１）。透析治疗患者治疗组尿素氮和肌酐每日上升值均明显低于对照组（ Ｐ 均＜ ００１）。结论：中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗慢性肾功能不全（或肾功能衰竭）有明显优势。

Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine (WM) on chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) involving nondialysis and dialysis patients.Methods:The patients were divided into nondialysis treatment group and dialysis treatment group meanwhile the control group was established.In treatment group based on conventional therapy of WM the TCM and herbs were added.After two months the renal functions were measured and comparative analysis on control per se before and after therapy as well as control group treated with conventional WM were carried out.Results:In nondialysis treatment group 10 cases were markedly effective,7 cases effective,and 4 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 81 0% but in control group 3 cases were markedly effective,7 cases effective,and 11 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 47 6%.In comparison between two groups the markedly effective rates (47 6% vs.14 3%) and total effective rates (81 0% vs. 47 6%) had significant differences (all P <0 05).After therapy in two groups the blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),and creatinine clearance(CCr) compared to before therapy obtained significant improvements ( P <0 05 or P <0 01),however the improvements in treatment group were significantly superior to control group (all P <0 01).In dialysis treatment group the increase in values of BUN and Cr every day were significantly lower than those in control group(all P <0 01).Conclusions:The treatments with integrated TCM WM in comparison with WM therapy alone for CRI possess obvious superiority.
