摘要
单模光纤种类繁多,在光缆链路中不可避免地会出现不同类别光纤相互连接的情况。从模场直径、折射率、截止波长、衰减、色散、偏振模色散、非线性效应等方面分析了光纤混接后可能对链路性能的影响。并列出了各类光纤与兼容性相关的部分性能要求。
Single-mode fiber appears in various types.It is inevitable for different types of fiber to be connected in fiber optic cable links.The impact of the hybrid connection on the links' performance is analyzed from aspects of MFD,index of reflection,cut-off wavelength,attenuation,dispersion,PMD,and non-linear effects.And a list of requirements related to compatibility for each type of optical fiber is given.
