摘要
针对目前组态王与I/O模块通信时存在的问题,研究了组态王与VB6.0数据交换的方法,编写了上位机与I/O模块之间的串行通信程序及组态王与VB6.0之间的数据交换程序,实现了I/O模块与组态王的实时通信。运行结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性、实时性,可以较好地实现工业现场的实时监控。
Aiming at the existing problem of communication between Kingview and I/O module,the method of data exchange between Kingview and VB6.0 is researched.The serial port communication program between host computer and I/O module and the data exchange program between VB6.0 and Kingview are programmed.Thus real-time communication between I/O module and Kingview is implemented.The result of operation shows that the system features excellent stability,real-time performance,and is suitable for real-time monitoring in industrial fields.
