摘要
为提高晶体振荡器的频率特性,减小温度以及老化对其影响,通过对晶体振荡器的频率-温度与频率-老化特性的研究,设计了一种补偿电路。利用微机输出补偿电压拉动压控电压改变晶体振荡器的频率特性,论证了一种新的晶体振荡器的补偿技术,并介绍了系统框图及原理,给出了补偿结果。
In order to improve frequency performance of crystal oscillator and reduce the influence generated by aging and temperature,a compensated circuit is designed by researching the frequency-temperature and aging of crystal oscillator.Microcomputer is used to output compensated voltage to alter frequency performance of crystal oscillator.A new compensated theory is discussed in this paper.The system structure,the compensated theory and the compensated result are given.
