摘要
文章设计并实现了一种基于单片机的交互式负压仪。该负压仪能准确测量和控制导管中空气的压力并实时显示。针对负压仪较为特殊的工作原理,采用模糊PID复合控制算法对负压仪进出口阀门进行分程控制,来实现压力的自动调节。当空气中压强超过事先设定的上下限时,系统可报警。同时,负压仪实现了上位机和下位机的串口通信。
This paper presents an interactive negative pressure analyzer design method based on micro-controller unit(MCU).The negative pressure analyzer can accurately measure the pressure of air in the pipe,and display it in real time.Aiming at special principle of the pressure analyzer,a FUZZY-PID complex controller is introduced to adjust the pressure automatically.When the pressure of air exceeds pre-set upper or lower limit,the alarm system might alter people instantly.The serial communication between PC and microcontroller is realized by the hardware of negative pressure analyzer.
