岗梅根中一个三萜类化合物的NMR信号表征 被引量：2

Characterization of NMR Signals of a Tirterpenoid Isolated from Radix of Ilex asprella

摘要 采用硅胶柱色谱法,从岗梅根中分离得到一个三萜类化合物:乌索-12-烯-3,β28-二醇,3-乙酸酯,利用MS、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H1-H COSY、HSQC、HMBC等多种分析方法,确定其结构,并对其1H和13C化学位移信号进行了全归属. The chemical constituents of the radix of Ilex asprella,separated by column chromatography,were analyzed by MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,1H-1H COSY,HSQC and HMBC.A triterpenoid,Urs-12-ene-3β,28-diol,3-acetate,was isolated from the chloroform extract of the radix of Ilex asprella.The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned.
