肩关节结核的分型和X线诊断

TUBERCULOSIS OF SHOULDER JOINT:CLASSIFICATION AND ITS RADIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS

对40例肩关节结核进行了分型及X线诊断的探讨,根据临床表现、手术所见、病理及X线表现的不同可分为干性及渗出两型。干性型11例,特点是有骨破坏而无渗出及软组织肿胀。渗出型29例,多于干性型。主要表现为肱骨头及关节盂的骨质破坏吸收,肩部及腋窝软组织肿胀,患肢中度骨质疏松及关节间隙的变窄、宽窄不匀及消失,并对两型的发病机制进行了探讨。

Study of classification and radiological diagnosis of tuberculosis of shoulder uoint is presented in this paper. According to the differences in clinical features, operation findings, pathologi- cal and rad iological manifestations, caseous type, characterized by destruction of bone without exudation or soft tissue swelling; 29 cases of exudative type,showing mainly destruction of one of humerus head and articular dise,swlling of soft tissue in shoulder and armpit, The wounded limb presented with moderate osleoporosis and arthro- stenosis, the joint space disappeara,The pathogensis of the two ty- pes are also discussep.
