摘要 汽车设计上的新变化使自由曲面前照灯成为车灯设计的主流,自由曲面前照灯的配光设计是一个具有挑战性的研究课题。可以通过特定的自由反射曲面实现预期的照明效果。该文介绍了自由曲面前照灯的设计思想和步骤,基于光线追踪原理对自由曲面反射镜的近光配光设计进行了理论分析,利用Tracepro软件对H7光源进行了自由曲面反射镜设计,并给出了设计实例,最终仿真出该设计在25 m配光屏的实际配光效果。根据ECE法规对前照灯近光配光的要求进行了分析讨论。 The new changes of car design made the Free Form Reflector lamp is one of the predominant designation, it is a challenging research topic in optical design. By the specific Free Form Reflector to achieve the desired illumine effect. This paper introduces the idea of the design Free Form Reflector and steps, The theo- retical analysis the reflector of a freeform low beam headlamp based on Principles of ray tracing. Designing H7 light source' s Free Form Reflector using software Tracepro and give design example . The actual results were obtained from the simulation of Free form Headlamp reflector on a 25 m filament shield at last. Discuss the requirements of the low beam of Headlamp under ECE regulations.
