Scoring Scheme of Writing Chinese Characters

汉字应用水平测试既考查应试人准确辨识汉字读音和字形、根据语境选填汉字等能力,也考查他们正确书写汉字的能力。判断应试人书写汉字是否正确,需要阅卷人员按照统一的评阅规则进行评定。根据汉字自身的特殊性和书写汉字的具体情况,评阅规则应当针对汉字的整字、汉字的字形结构、汉字的部件和笔画等层次,综合开展研究,制定相应的评判标准,同时依据现实情况使一些规则具有一定的灵活性。

The Practical Chinese Characters Ability Test was developed to test candidates＇ recognition, recall and writing ability of Chinese characters. We propose a set of rules for writing Chinese characters to differentiate what is right from what is wrong. In order to provide a set of unified scoring standards, we consider that we may measure Chinese characters from four aspects： single Chinese characters, basic structures, basic components and basic stokes of Chinese characters. The raters who mark the papers should stick to the criteria and apply the rules flexibly when necessary.
