摘要
目的 探讨生殖泌尿道解脲支原体(Ureaplasma Urealyticum,UU)感染的传播途径.方法 采用微生物学分离培养、血清学型别鉴定.分子生物学DNA多态性分析、流行病学资料等多层次研究,对性滥、具可比性的对照人群、围产期人群共1888人的随机样本进行生殖泌尿道UU检测及传播途径进行研究.结果 证明了UU感染传播以性接触为主.垂直传播包括子宫内传播和产道逆行传播模式.MIT血清分型和RAPD图谱分析是研究UU传播途径的很好工具.结论正确地认识传播途径和模式对于控制生殖泌尿道UU感染的流行,具有实际应用价值.
Objective Investigation on the transmission routes of UU infections. Methods The study was conducted by means of isolation and culture of microbiology, subtype identification of serology, DNA polymorphism analysis of molecular biology and analysis of epidemiological data etc. 1 888 subjects came from random samples of the normal females, the people with sexually promiscuous behavior and/or with venereal diseases, perinatal population and the healthy population control. Results The main transmission route of UU infections was through sexual contact and the vertical transmission included two modes, which are intrauterine and retrograde transmission in birth canal. The serotype identification of MIT and atlas analysis of RAPD were excellent tools in the study on the UU transmission route and the source of infection. Conclusion To understand such knowledge was very profitable for us to select appropriate measures for UU infections control.
