通过对食用河豚鱼干致死案例的系统法医学检验,详细探讨了河豚中毒死亡的法医学鉴定有关问题,包括河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)的特性、中毒致死量、TTX的提取、毒理作用、中毒表现、法医学鉴定要点及定量检测方法等,强调指出:案情、TTX的定性和定量检验、尸检见发绀、胃肠胀气并能排除其他死因,结合动物实验,是明确河豚中毒的诊断要点。

One case died of poisoning of tetrodotoxin in dry fugu fillet was reported. Through the detailed forensic examination for this lethal case, many questions about forensic medical identification of death due to poisoning of tetrodotoxin was discussed and its medico- legal significance was also discussed. In particular, emphasis was placed on the details of a case, extraction of TTX in specimen, quantitative detection of TTX, purplish mouth and nails, dilatation of stomach and intestines, excluding other causes and combining animal experiment in order to get definite forensic medical identification.
