高校教学团队建设的理论与实践

Theory and Practice of Teaching Team Construction in University

教学团队建设是高等学校教学改革的内容之一,是实施教育质量工程和深化教学改革的重要举措。本文根据辽宁省电工教学团队近三年建设实践,探索了教学团队建设的基本理论,归纳了教学团队建设的具体内容与方法,提出了规范化的教学团队建设程序。实践证明,教学团队能够造就高素质的师资队伍,为学校的和谐发展和可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。

The building of teaching team is one content of teaching reform and a significant act of implementation of education quality project and deepening teaching reformation. According to construction practice of Liaoning Province Electrotechnical Teaching Team, this paper explores the basic theories and general- ized concrete contents and methods of construction of teaching team, which proposed standardized operating procedures for building of teaching team. It is shown by practice that, teaching teams are able to train a team with high quality teachers, and lay a solid foundation for harmonious and sustainable development of the university.
