Reform and Practice on Teaching Method of Semiconductor Process Principle

笔者从"半导体工艺原理"课程的教学内容、教学方法和实践能力培养等方面探索了应用型人才的培养模式,提出了以教学内容的整合为中心,以教师引导式多媒体教学与学生自主式学习相结合,并辅以必要的工艺模拟与实验、综合课程设计、生产实习等实践环节为特色的教学方法。

The author explores the application oriented personnel training mode from teaching content,teaching method and practice ability cultivation of Semiconductor Process Principle course.We propose a new distinctive teaching method which center is coordination of teaching content,and combined the teacher introductory multimedia teaching and the students extracurricular active learn,moreover,the necessary practices,such as,process simulation and experiment,and integrated course design,productive practice,as assistant means.
