北京基层农村专业技术协会的现状与发展对策

The status and development strategies of the rurla basic level of special and technology associations in Beijing

完善京郊农村科技传播体系,深化现代科技与京郊农民的对接机制,对于发展京郊都市型农业,提升首都农业竞争力具有重要的现实意义。经过三十年的发展,农村专业技术协会在联结现代科技供给与京郊农村科技需求的桥梁作用越发凸显,但是京郊基层的农技协在发展过程中还存在着众多现实困境,这对于进一步深化农村专业技术协会作用,促进其健康发展提出了巨大的挑战。该文通过深入分析当前京郊农村专业技术协会发展所面临的现实困境,进而提出相应的对策建议。

Improving the system of communicating science and technology for rural outskirts of Beijing,and connecting modern technology with the farms in suburbs of Beijing,play a vitally practical role both in developing modern metropolitan agriculture of Beijing and in improving the competitiveness of capital agriculture.Based on thirsty years of development,the role of RSTA in Beijing has become more and more important as a bridge to link the supply of Science and Technology for rural outskirts of Beijing and the demand of it in rural areas.But there are still many practical difficulties for RSTA of rural outskirts of Beijing to develop,which has presented a huge challenge for RSTA to enlarge functions,promote their healthy development.This paper analysis the current situation of RSTA of rural outskirts of Beijing and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
