摘要
为研究硫酸锌对大豆种子萌发的影响,利用大豆科丰14号种子为试材,不同浓度的硫酸锌溶液为种子发芽液进行发芽试验。结果表明:低浓度的硫酸锌溶液对大豆种子发芽率没有显著影响,而达到0.32%时,发芽率显著(P≤0.05)低于对照(0.00%);在0.08%以下,对幼苗株高和根长发育没有显著影响,达到0.16%时,株高和根长发育受到显著(P≤0.05)影响,达到0.32%时,影响达到极显著水平(P≤0.01);在0.16%以下,幼苗鲜重与对照相比差异不显著,达到0.32%时,则达到极显著水平(P≤0.01)。
The soybean seed of Kefeng 14 was tested in the ZnSO4 solutions to analyse its effects on the germination of soybean.The results showed that the germination rate was not affected in the lower ZnSO4 concentration and was markedly(P≤0.05)lower than CK when concentrations were 0.32% obove;the seedling length and length of major root were affected markedly(P≤0.05)over 0.16 % and very markedly(P≤ 0.01)over 0.32% above;the fresh plant weight was not affected under 0.16 % and very markedly(P≤ 0.01) over 0.32 %.
