摘要
目的：比较两种不同的中西医治疗方法对腰椎间盘摘除术后仍有或复发的腰腿痛的疗效。方法：把腰腿痛患者随机分成辨证施治中药内服组（治疗组）与西药组（对照组）各１５例，进行疗效观察。结果：治疗组优良率高于对照组（０．０１＜Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示中医辨证施治中药内服对治疗术后的腰腿痛可能是一种较好的方法。
The comparison is made between the traditional treatment responses of the Chinese medicine and the Western medicine in the treatment of the pains that remain or recur in the waist and legs after the extirpation of the lumbar intervertebral dise.Way:Randomly divide the patients into two groups:one group receiving the dialectical treatment of the treaditional Chinexe medicine (the DT group) and the other group receiving the treatment of the Western Medicine (the WM group).There are 15 cases for each gruop.The observation of the treatment responses is then carried out.Result:The rate of excellence for the DT group is higher than that of the WM group (0.01<P<0.05).It is possibly a better way to carry out the dialectical treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the pains in the waist and legs after the extirpation of the lumbar intervertebral disc.
