摘要
我国的建筑工程规模巨大,但管理水平参差不齐,安全生产和安全教育滞后,从业人员的构成及流动性大等这些特征,使建筑业成为事故频发的高风险行业。只有充分认识安全生产的重要性,切实把安全生产放在重要的位置,建立科学有效的安全管理措施,安全事故才能消除或降低,才能构建和谐社会。
The construction projects in China with a huge scale are featured with uneven levels of management,deficient safe production and safety education,and big composition and frequent turnover of staff,which make the construction in China a high-risk industry with many accidents.Only when we fully recognize the importance of safe production,put safe production in the premier position,establish scientific and effective safety management measures,the safety accidents could be eliminated or reduced,and the harmonious society could be constructed.
