我国网络科技出版产业发展战略研究

Development Strategy of Network Technology Publishing Industry in China

分析了我国网络科技出版产业发展过程中存在的产业规模偏小、网络科技出版市场结构问题、相关的政策法规制定不完善、网络出版的专业人才匮乏、网络出版的产业链不完善等制约网络科技出版的问题,并提出了符合网络科技出版物模式的版权保护、加快出版网络化建设步伐、人才发展战略和建立适应网络出版要求的基础设施等建议,旨为发展我国网络科技出版提供借鉴。

This paper analyzes the barriers in the development of network technology publishing industry,such as small industrial scale,improper market structure,imperfect policies and regulations,lack of professionals and incomplete industry chain.It then proposes that we need to accelerate the pace of developing network publishing,cultivate more professionals,and improve infrastructure for the development of network technology publishing industry.
