摘要
选用喉标本50例(男、女各25例)对喉腔进行了测量和研究。它们的平均值是:喉腔的入口周径为76.57±11.78(mm),前后径为24.03±5.86(mm);横径17.01±4.56(mm);喉腔前壁高度为61.28±8.48(mm),后壁高度为35.56±4.07(mm)。且对喉腔各部的高度及有关径线,前庭襞、声襞的长度、宽度、厚度,声门裂宽进行了测量、分析和对比。喉小囊的顶均在甲状软骨上缘的下方。并对声带前连合的位置及其至甲状软骨上、下缘以及环状软骨上缘的距离进行了测量。统计学处理显示,喉腔是一个具有明显性别差异的器官。
In this paper, fifty laryngeal cavities from laryngeal specimens (25 males and 25 females) were measured and studied. The- avera(?)e values were as follows: (1) The circumference of the opening of larynxes was 76.57±11.78mm; (2)The diameters in length and breadth were 24.03±5.86mm and 17.01 ±4.56mm, respectively; and (3) The heights of anterior and posterior walls were 61.28±8.48mm and 35.56±4.07mm, respectively. The height and diameter of each part in laryngeal cavity, the length, breadth and thickness of vestibular folds and vocal folds were measured, analysed and compared. The tops of laryngeal sac in all specimens wese below the upper limit of thyroid cartilage. The position of the anterior commissure of vocal cords, its distance to the upper and lower limits of thyroid cartilage and to the upper limit of cricoids cartilage were also measured, and their clinical applica- tion was discussed. The obtained data with statistic treatment indicated that larynge- all cavity was an organ having distinct sexual characteristics. They may serve as references for medical researchers.
