摘要 目的 研究CT 仿真内镜的临床诊断价值。方法 通过导航技术对胆道系统(n = 15) ,胃部(n = 15) ,结肠(n = 5) 及膀胱(n= 3) 进行了仿真内镜的临床研究,并将研究结果与手术或内镜的结果进行比较。结果 螺旋CT仿真内镜可以无创性地清楚显示出所检查器官的内壁,可以直观地显示出正常和异常结构,所见与手术或内镜所见大致相似。结论 螺旋CT 仿真内镜可以作为一些疾病的无创性的检查方法。 Purpose To evaluate the diagnositic potential of the use of helical.CT data sets to perform virtual endoscopy.Methods Virtual Endoscopy of the helical CT biliary duct ( n =15),stomach ( n =15), colon ( n =5) and urinary bladder ( n =3) were generated to display images along the flight route, and the results were grossly in agreement with that obtained at surgery or real endoscopy.Results Helical CT virtural endoscopy enable us to have a look at the internal wall of these organ systems, and the normal and abnormal structures were depicted clearly.Conclusion The helical CT virtual endoscopy can serve as a noninvasive tool for the evaluation of some diseases. [
