螺旋CT仿真内镜在大肠息肉病变诊断的临床应用

CT Virtal Endoscopy:A Study of the Capability to Display the Polyps of Colorectal

目的 通过与Ｘ 线气钡双对比造影、纤维结肠内镜和手术比较，评价ＣＴ 仿真内镜（ＣＴＶＥ） 对大肠息肉的显示能力和临床应用价值。方法 将４１ 例病人的螺旋ＣＴ 容积扫描数据传输到工作站，使用Ｖｏｙａｇｅｒ 软件，处理成仿真内镜影像，观察分析。１３ 例做了结肠双对比造影，２９ 例肠镜，８ 例手术。结果 ＣＴＶＥ 能清楚地显示大肠息肉的形态、大小、数目、准确位置和＞ ３ｍ ｍ 的息肉，对息肉的显示率优于造影。结论 ＣＴＶＥ 是检查大肠息肉的一种优良无创性方法，其显示大肠息肉的能力相当于纤维结肠镜。

Objective To evaluate display ability of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) and its clinical application in comparson with double contrast exanination and colonoscopy and operation.Methods 41 patients were examined by virtual endoscopy after axial spiral CT scanning was performed.The primary data were transferre to the computer workstation.CTVE was performed by voyager software package.13 patients.underwent double contrast examination 29 fiberoptic endoscopy,8 operation.Results CTVE could clearly demonstrate the morphology sizenumber and exact location of coloractal polyps larger than 3mm.It was better than enema examination for the dotection of colorectal polyps.Conclusion CTVE is an excellent non ivasive modality in diagnosing of colorectal polyps.Its display ability is comparable with that of and is a supplement to fibsroptic colon endoscopy.
