摘要
为了提高车身的装配精度,必须在设计阶段根据车身的结构为冲压件分配合理的公差。阐明了车身公差分配的重要性,论述了公差分配技术在车身设计中的应用,对车身公差分配的流程给出了详细解释。提出了根据车身结构的特殊性,在某些特殊的结构使用移动公差,将其应用到某车型开发中,并在其中得到了验证。在满足产品装配精度和技术要求的前提下,制定了较合理的公差,从而降低了开发成本、减少了更改次数、缩短了开发周期。
In order to improve the assembling precision of car body,it is necessary to assign rational tolerance for stamping work-piece according to the car body structure in the design phase.In the paper,it expounded the importance of tolerance assignment of car body,discussed the application of tolerance assignment technology in car body design,gave detailed explanation for flowchart of tolerance assignment of car body,and proposed making use of excursion tolerance in some special structure according to the particularity.It has been applied to a certain car development case,and also its correctness has been verified.Under the precondition of satisfying assembling precision and technology specification,it worked out more reasonable tolerance.Therefore it can make development cost reduce,and decrease modifying frequency,as well as shorten the development cycle.
