摘要
针对目前制动系统软件都侧重于双轴汽车、计算方法比较单一,且没有涉及越野汽车的问题和不足,基于VB和Matlab开发了越野车制动系统设计与性能分析软件。提出并研究了多轴汽车制动性能计算分析及评价方法,给出了多种典型计算方法应用于多数计算项目。以某3轴越野汽车为例进行选型和模拟计算并验证。结果表明:软件操作简单,计算结果可靠,能方便地应用于越野车制动系统设计和性能分析评价。
At present,most of software about braking system has been focused on two-axle vehicle,and its calculation method was relatively simple and never involved off-road vehicle.To solve the problems and overcome the shortcomings,a design of brake system and performance analysis software for off-road vehicles was developed based on VB and Matlab.In this paper,calculation,analysis and evaluation methods of braking performance for multi-axle vehicle were proposed and studied,and typical methods were given and used in majority of computing projects.Finally,as an example,type-selection,calculation and verification were carried out for a three-axle off-road vehicle.The result shows that the software is easy to operate,reliable to calculate,and can be widely used in the design of braking system,analysis and evaluation of braking performance for off-road vehicles.
