摘要
以某型号汽车的前门外板为例,采用DynaForm分析其拉延成形下的减薄量,对结果文件进行C语言二次开发,得到了补偿后的模具凸凹模型面,对补偿后的型面重新设计模具,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,该补偿方法减小了钳工的修模量,提高了凸凹模的贴合率,对汽车覆盖件模具的设计制造具有一定的指导意义。
An analysis of the drawing thinning is carried out to the front door outer panel of a certain type automobile by using Dynaform software. The secondary development of C programming to the result file dynain is done, and the compensated die faces are got. A new stamping die is constructed by using the new die faces, and a validated experiment is done. The experimental results show that the grinding amount is decreased and the manufacture cycle time is shorter. The compensation method adopted has certain directive meaning toward the design and manufacture of the automobile panel dies.
