通过压簧簧片结构特点和所需成形工序的工艺分析,对级进模排样的各个方案进行对比、选择和确定。同时介绍了模具主要工作零件及模具的总装结构设计。
Through analysis the compression spring reeds structure characteristics and the forming process, progressive die arrangement of various layout schemes were compared, choice and determined the best scheme. Meanwhile introduced die main parts and tooling assembly structure design.
