摘要
对注射模的二次顶出机构和浇口设计进行分析,以塑料圆环注射模为例,介绍一种带有二次顶出机构和流道推板的浇口切断结构。该结构实现了塑件与流道凝料的自动分开,减少注射生产过程中修剪流道凝料的工序,减轻工人劳动强度,提高了注射生产的自动化程度和生产效率。
Analysis of the secondary ejector and sprue design of injection mold, taking the plastic injection mold ring as an example, introduced one shearing sprue structure with the secondary ejector and runner stripper plate. Realized the automatically spearate of the plastic products and runner scrap, and it reduced the process of runner scrap in production. It also reduced the labor intensity and improved the level of automation and production efficiency.
