摘要
针对高精度塑件的要求,通过压力传感器在模具上的运用,可以直接地控制注射成型工艺的合理性。通过监测模腔压力的方式,实现对生产过程和塑件质量的监测,同时满足注射生产质量的稳定性,从而提高塑件的合格率,适合大批量生产高精度塑件。
According to the requirement of high precision injection products, we could control the rationality of injection parameter directly as well as make sure the stability of quality during production with application of pressure sensor. Through monitoring cavity pressure, it will achieve the control of producing process and quality of product. Meanwhile, the stability of injection part's quality will be satisfied, so that to improve the qualified rate of injection parts. Therefore, Pressure Sensor is suitable for manufacturing high-precise plastics during mass production
