摘要
简要介绍了 Ｉ Ｐ 电话的基本原理、系统组成及相关技术标准，分析了影响 Ｉ Ｐ 电话 Ｑｏ Ｓ 的主要原因，阐述了时延、抖动、丢包和回声等影响 Ｑｏ Ｓ 的机理和解决方法。
The principle of IP telephony and its relevant techno logies are briefly introduced in the paper. The reasons influencing QoS of IP ph one are presented. And some technological problems such as delay, jitter, lost p acket and echo are analyzed, and the existing solutions of these problems are gi ven.
